Meet Recca Hanabishi. He's an average teenager with the not-so-average goal of becoming a ninja. After pledging his heart to protecting the lovely Yanagi Sakoshita, he encounters a mysterious woman Kagehoshi, who threatens to kill Recca unless he unleashes his hidden power to conjure up flame.
